Only the information needed to respond and assess possible work is collected.

Enquiry content
The form stores your name, message, at least one contact method, subject and source page. Do not send passwords, customer databases or confidential production information.
Purpose and protection
Information is used to reply, assess the project and manage agreed work. Technical request data helps prevent abuse.
Server copy retention
The server copy of a contact enquiry is kept for up to 90 days after the notification is handed to the mail system, or up to 180 days from receipt if the notification is not handed off. Business correspondence and backups have separate retention periods.
Infrastructure and rights
The website uses Hetzner infrastructure in Germany. You may request access, correction or deletion, subject to applicable obligations. Updated 29 September 2026.
