Public data needs to be readable and verifiable.

An organisation considering certification needs the standard, steps and application route. A visitor checking a supplier wants a name, address and current certificate status. The homepage separates those jobs before reconnecting them through the certification body identity.
A server-side searchable register
The public register searches by organisation name or address. Results come from the server and expose only information intended for publication, including status at the time of the search. SQLite suits this bounded data set and keeps integrity checks and backups direct.
- Search by name or address
- Public status display
- Public register separated from internal work
Data without guesswork
ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 standards, ATS accreditation 08-002 and organisation details were transferred from confirmed sources. Missing information was not filled with assumptions. Editorial discipline affects both search presentation and trust.
Applications stay in a proven flow
The new public layer explains the process and leads to an application, while operational intake remains in the existing verified system. Handoff does not mean replacing everything at once: boundaries are documented, public routes are checked and rollback remains possible without losing applications.
Evidence for partner delivery
This project demonstrates what a white-label handoff should preserve: the data source, clear responsibility, route checks, register verification and the boundary between public information and internal operations. The detailed Serbian case study contains broader context.
